Legacy Fence Supply wasn’t built in an office it started in the dirt, with a few friends, some tools, and long days building fences by hand.
Back then, we weren’t thinking about manufacturing or innovation. We were just focused on doing solid work and getting the job done right. But over the years, one problem kept showing up again and again—posts that would rot out far too quickly. No matter how well the fence was built, the foundation would fail. Homeowners were left replacing fences sooner than they should, and as builders, we knew there had to be a better way.
That problem stuck with us.
Instead of accepting it, we decided to solve it.
That’s where the idea for Post on Pipe was born—a system designed to eliminate the common failure point in fencing and create something that actually lasts. It started as a simple vision: build a stronger, longer-lasting fence from the ground up.
From there, things got serious.
We invested years into development, bringing in top-tier engineers and dedicating ourselves to designing and perfecting a machine capable of producing this new system at scale. It wasn’t easy—there were countless trials, setbacks, and redesigns along the way. But every challenge pushed us closer to getting it right.
After 2–3 years of relentless work, testing, and refinement, that vision became reality.
Today, Legacy Fence Supply stands as a patent-pending manufacturer of Post on Pipe, delivering a solution built from real experience in the field. What started as a problem we faced ourselves has turned into a product designed to change the standard of fencing giving homeowners and contractors a foundation they can trust for years to come.

Years ago, our founder Denys was knee-deep in a backyard project, replacing an old wooden fence that had taken one too many Seattle windstorms to the face. He just needed a few good boards, but every lumberyard he visited either had overpriced materials, grumpy staff, or pickets that looked like they had been chewed on by a family of beavers.
Frustrated, Denys did what any reasonable person would do—he bought an entire truckload of fencing materials. “Why stop at one fence when I can build a hundred?” he thought. (His wife was not amused.)
But then, something funny happened. His neighbors wanted some. His friends wanted some. Contractors started calling. Turns out, he wasn’t the only one tired of searching for high-quality, fairly priced fence materials. And just like that, Legacy Fence Supply was born.
What started as a personal project quickly grew into a full-fledged business. We made it our mission to supply top-quality materials, fair prices, and honest advice to homeowners, contractors, and fence builders who want to get the job done right.
